Our policy is a "100% return and refund policy" at the time of cash/card on delivery. If you find that the correctness, freshness or quality of the products ordered are not satisfactory, you can return the unsatisfactory items to the delivery officer at the time of delivery. The delivery officer will get the items back and deduct the amount of returned products from your bill at the time of cash/card on delivery. So, now you have to make the payment for the accepted products only.
You MUST sign the invoice specifying the item(s) returned and amount deducted and hand it over to the delivery officer.
Optionally, you can visit the store to exchange the product only in lieu of something else. Returns at the store for products ordered online, are not encouraged.
